I've always got some workout program going on.  Here is where I'll keep you up to date on what I am doing.


Starting March 14: Half marathon training  UPDATE: Half marathon training has been put on hold due to some funky hip issues I am having.  My workouts have been cut way back and I am not running at all. :(
Currently: Turbo Fire and ChaLean Extreme Hybrid
Completed recently: ChaLean Extreme

I also lead a Body Gospel class at my church every Monday night.

03/21/11 UPDATE:  This funky hip thing has caused more problems than I was anticipating.  I had a MRI today, follow up with the Doctor on Wednesday.  Until then, I wait and do low-impact modifications.  I have decided to use Body Gospel for my own at-home workouts as well.
